Section 1

Club Name The name of this organization shall be known as One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC).

Section 2

Eagles Nest The Club's headquarter shall be located at Tanza, Cavite. For purposes of these by-laws, the headquarters (referred to as “Eagles Nest”) is located at _________________.

Section 3

Definition of Terms As used in this constitution & by-laws.

a. “The Philippine Eagles” shall refer to “The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles, Inc.”

b. “Region” shall refer to the Region where the “Club” is affiliated.

c. “Club” shall refer to the One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC).

d. “Member” shall refer to the individuals affiliated with the Philippine Eagles or the One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC).

e. “Constitution” shall refer to the Constitution & By-Laws of the One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC).

f. “Meeting” shall refer to the General Membership Meeting or Anniversary Meeting.

g. “Eagle’s Nest” shall refer to the club headquarters, duly affirmed by the club.
