Section 1 Principle

The Balikatan Eagles Club (BEC) will adhere to the guiding principle of The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles, which is SERVICE THROUGH STRONG BROTHERHOOD.

Section 2 Mission

The One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC), a non-profit and socio-civic organization, do hereby commit to unite fraternally in the spirit of liberty, truth, justice, and equality, making human life more pleasant and promoting peace, hope, and a sense of civic duty.

Section 3 Vision

The One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC) shall be a leading and highly committed group of The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles providing the highest quality of service to the country, the people, and the community, in coordination with cognizant government and private institutions, offices, and agencies.

Section 4 Objectives

The One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC) shall commit itself to the pursuit of the following Objectives:

1. To foster a strong bond of brotherhood among its members.

2. To foster and maintain contact and regular communication amongst its members, here in the Philippines or abroad.

3. To encourage its members to engage in projects and activities that will benefit the surrounding community and the country, including its citizens.

4. To promote the moral and social well-being of all the members.

5. To protect and uphold the individual and collective rights of all the members.

6. To foster harmonious and socially relevant endeavors.

7. To encourage an exchange of business, professional, cultural, social, and other opportunities among its members and the Philippine Eagles.

8. To serve far flung communities and hard to reach areas.

9. To commit in providing humanitarian services.

10. To conduct rescue mission in times of calamity or disasters.

11. To provide means for community service and healthy fellowship for their membership.

12. To encourage exchange of business, professional, cultural, social and other opportunities and advantages for the mutual benefit of the members, the club, and The Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles.

13. To uphold the Eagles Magna Carta, the club constitution and by-laws, and the general rule of law.
