Section 1

All properties, including the gong and gavel, flag and banner, and all other properties of the Club shall be under the charge of the One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC), through is duly nominated/appointed Secretary. If the Club Secretary is not capable of being the custodian, the properties must be transferred to the Club President for safekeeping.

Section 2

The Club shall strictly enforce all its rules and regulations.

Section 3

The Club and its members shall be, at all times, subject to and under the jurisdiction and control of the Constitution & By-Laws of the One Cavite Makamasa Eagles Club (OCMEC) as specified in the Magna Carta / Constitution of The Philippine Eagles.

Section 4

The members of the Club must be members of The FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES - Philippine Eagles, Inc..
